Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had very mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand, the location is great, really close to the beach. However, the overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues and poor customer service. The room was decent for the price, but it definitely didn't feel like a resort. Parking was also a hassle.
The hotel did not meet my expectations at all. The pictures looked inviting, but upon arrival, I found the place to be quite rundown. My room had issues like peeling paint, and the amenities were almost nonexistent. Despite the low price, I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for, and I would definitely not recommend staying here.
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While it looked nice in the photos, the reality was completely different. The rooms were rundown and not well-maintained, and the service from the staff was unwelcoming at best. The location is decent, but that doesn't make up for the overall experience. I certainly expected more for the price I paid.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was clean, but the overall service left a lot to be desired, especially considering the high charges. The location was quite good, but there were several maintenance issues across the property that really detracted from my stay. I was definitely hoping for better value for the price paid.
My experience at the Palette Resort Myrtle Beach by OYO was quite mixed. On one hand, the room was nice and comfortable, which I appreciated; however, I was surprised by several unexpected charges for basic amenities like beach access and WiFi. The lack of convenient parking also added to my frustration, and I encountered issues with the TV reception during my stay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.
